2024 SPRING BOYS ALL-STAR TEAMS REGISTRATION FORM

The Madlax Boys All-Star Program will offer two teams at most grades between 2028-2035 in spring 2024.  Thank you for registering your son(s) today for Open Tryouts (new players only) or for the Spring Season (current & returning players only).    

New Players: Only register for TRYOUTS.

Current/Invited Players: Only register for the seasons, NOT tryouts. 

The Season Payment Plan Offers Three Payment Dates for your convenience.
1. Your date of registration initial payment
2. Feb 1, 2024
3. Mar 1, 2024
(If you register after a payment installment date, you must pay for all past installments)
